The ideal configuration for the customer's application requires the selection of suitable sensors.
Seido precisely measures all the dimensional and geometric criteria of parts by intelligently combining several sensor technologies. Whether stand-alone or integrated, this three-dimensional measuring machine finds its place at the heart of the production unit. Seido replaces up to 5 traditional measuring devices needed for part inspection. This reduces the surface area dedicated to inspection on the production floor, and saves a considerable amount of time.

Seido’s fixtures and sensors are designed to provide an uncertainty balance with minimum dispersion, adapted to the manufacturing tolerances of the parts to be measured.
Based on a symmetrical, ultra-stable architecture, Seido meets the performance requirements of industrial production. Its linear motors provide excellent dynamics and cycle times below the market average. Each machine is equipped with several temperature sensors. A thermal behavior model dynamically compensates for errors due to machine expansion. The measurement is accurate, even if the ambient temperature varies.
Interfaces for connecting Seido to a loading robot or cleaning module are provided in a production workshop or control room. Integrating Seido into the production line drives closed-loop production.
