We’re delighted to announce that Petitpierre will be taking part in the Tolus Open House from October 29 to 31. This event is an excellent opportunity for us to highlight our expertise and innovations in micro-mechanical parts manufacturing.
In collaboration with Ellistat, we will be demonstrating live our revolutionary lumen & drop combo. Using this technology, we’ll be machining parts on a Citizen R04, a state-of-the-art production machine offered by Suvema. The process begins with machining of the parts, followed by thorough cleaning with drop, and then precise and instantaneous optical measurements thanks to lumen.
One of the highlights of our demonstration will be the use of Ellistat’s APC (Automated Process Control) tool. This tool, integrated into the lumen application, enables correctors to be sent directly to the Citizen, guaranteeing optimum setting and production of micro-mechanical parts. This process is a perfect example of how Petitpierre is integrating the principles of Industry 4.0 to improve the production of micro-mechanical parts.
We invite you to join us at this event! If you’d like to find out more, or if you’d like to get involved, please contact us at metrologie@petitpierre.ch. Your interest will help us measure the impact of our participation. We support you in integrating control processes into your production facilities.
We look forward to meeting you and sharing our passion for innovation and machining excellence!
