lumen is an optical micro-parts measuring device designed to work in your machine shops. It automatically detects the part number and measures it accurately for easy, fast for production centered on name quotes via its interfacing with tool correctors.

Compact and lightweight, it’s easy to handle. lumen closes automatically at the end of each use, protecting the measuring area. It’s entirely manufactured and developed by our team, who offer customized services, including configuration to suit your parts. In conjunction with the drop cleaning module, it offers the unique advantage of optical measurements right next to CNC machining equipment.

Our NIHS-compliant Prisme software makes programming quick and easy. Thread measurement, for example, can be created in just a few clicks.

Its uncluttered, ergonomic interface enables rapid visual analysis of variations and results. Automatic program detection is a feature much appreciated by operators, ensuring smooth, efficient operation.

An optional license is available for remote, part-free programming. Simply use a DXF file to generate the programs in advance. These are compatible for use on the 5 different types of lumen.

Connected to your network, the lumen micro-parts measuring device feeds the database for traceability of measurements taken. Updates are available free of charge in the dedicated section of our website.
