“Integrating the STI program represents a key milestone in our CSR approach. Putting our commitments into words was a real challenge. We’re proud to be able to join the STI program so that we can showcase what’s really important to us. In a world where social change and climate change will define tomorrow’s challenges, it’s essential to be part of a collective approach and to commit to our own sector through ambitious objectives”.
LinkedinCSR commitments
Through national and international programs aimed at transforming our businesses, we have made our social, environmental and societal impacts a central part of our raison d’être and business model. It is by contributing positively to the satisfaction of our employees, by creating partnerships with all our stakeholders (customers, shareholders, etc.) and by doing everything in our power to preserve our planet that we will be able to meet the challenges of the future.
Sustainability strategy
Through the conduct of our activities, we have defined four commitments that govern our responsibility towards the environment, our employees, the community and our customers. These commitments are part of our CSR strategy and highlight our day-to-day actions.
Making our contribution to the environment
Improving working conditions for our employees
Making a positive contribution to society
Participate in local economic promotion
Swiss Triple Impact (STI) program
Visit Swiss Triple Impact is a unique national program that enables Swiss companies to measure their contribution to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) adopted in 2015 by the member states of the United Nations in order to: “achieve a better and more sustainable future for all” by 2030. As participants in the STI program, we are committed to achieving three objectives.
